Riparian Rangers - OWA

We are looking for volunteers to help maintain local tree plantings in the Octoraro watershed. Jobs include marking dead trees; picking up fallen tubes; removing invasive vines, weed eating/spraying. These events are coordinated with, and through, the Octoraro Watershed Association (OWA).

What to Bring and Wear

We will supply needed tools.
Participants should dress for the weather including:
- strong boots
- tick/insect repellent
- gloves
- water or coffee bottle

- mallet (for tree tubes, optional)

- shovel (for tree planting, optional)
- weed wacker (optional)
